Reschedule: Clients can reschedule their appointments on the bookings page before the scheduled meeting time.
Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please log in to your arbitcloud account and create a service request for our support team.
The tokens cannot be returned. Tokens are transferable.
Any disputes arising from this agreement, including breaches, terminations, or validity, will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitcloud Private Limited. Both parties agree to undertake arbitration before pursuing legal action.
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru courts for disputes. By agreeing to this policy, you accept their authority and waive objections.
