Our return and refund policy details the terms for service cancellations and the refund process. The website www.arbit.cloud is owned by Arbitcloud Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act of 2013 in Bangalore, India. By making any purchases on our website, you agree to our return and refund policy.

By purchasing our tokens, products, and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to make purchases on our website if you are underage. The parent or guardian providing consent for minors is responsible for their purchases.

The following terms apply only to the consultation appointment service.

Reschedule:  Clients can reschedule their appointments on the bookings page before the scheduled meeting time. 

Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please log in to your arbitcloud account and create a service request for our support team.

The tokens cannot be returned. Tokens are transferable.

Any disputes arising from this agreement, including breaches, terminations, or validity, will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitcloud Private Limited. Both parties agree to undertake arbitration before pursuing legal action.  

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru courts for disputes. By agreeing to this policy, you accept their authority and waive objections.

You can view our latest Return and Refund Policy here. We allow 14 days between the publishing and effective dates. Continued use of our website after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the changes.
