In this Return & Refund Policy, the terms “you,” “your,” "client", or “user” refer to the subscriber of the website or anyone else accessing the website. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Arbitcloud Private Limited

Arbitcloud Private Limited provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available here, to you, the user, strictly conditioned upon your acceptance of all Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Return & Refund Policy.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing anything from us, you actively engage in our "Service" and agree to fully comply with the terms laid out in this Return & Refund Policy, along with any additional Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all users of the site who purchase our services.

We advise you to thoroughly read this Return & Refund Policy before making any purchases on our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you are entering into a binding agreement to adhere to these terms. Clients can reschedule their appointments on the bookings page before the scheduled meeting time.

To cancel your appointment, you must email us at bookings@arbit.cloud before the scheduled time. Use your registered email address and include your order ID for processing.

Refund to Original Payment Method: If you cancel and choose a refund to your original payment method, the refund will be processed within 6 to 10 working days. Please note that a cancellation charge of 3% will be deducted from the total amount.

Refund to Store Credits: If you prefer a refund to store credits, the full amount will be credited to your account within one hour of your cancellation request.

A "No-Show" occurs when no participant from the client side joins the scheduled meeting within the designated grace period of 5 minutes from the scheduled meeting time. Conversely, a consultant is considered a no-show if they do not join the meeting within this grace period.

In the event of a no-show, the party that was present (either the client or the consultant) must send an email to bookings@arbit.cloud with the subject line "No-Show," followed by the order ID from the registered email.

Horizon Services: The penalty for a no-show is explicitly stated in the contract for Horizon Services. We have established a no-show tolerance (0-2) that applies equally to clients and consultants. Once the tolerance limit is reached, you must follow the escalation matrix without exception.

Now Services: The user account will be suspended after a no-show, and this policy will be strictly enforced. 

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by and constructed per the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or related to this Return and Refund Policy. By agreeing to this policy, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru and waive any objections to their authority over the parties involved.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of this policy by posting updates or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any changes.
