Clients can reschedule their appointments on the bookings page before the scheduled meeting time.
To cancel your appointment, please log in to your arbitcloud account and create a service request for our support team.
Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed within 6 to 10 business days, with a 3% cancellation charge applicable.
Refund to Store Credits: Full amount credited within one hour of cancellation.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement, including breach, termination, or validity, will be resolved through binding arbitration according to Arbitcloud Pvt Ltd's rules. Both parties agree to undertake arbitration before pursuing legal action.
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru courts for disputes. By agreeing to this policy, you accept their authority and waive objections.
