Our return and refund policy details the terms for service cancellations and the refund process. Arbitcloud owns the website www.arbit.cloud. By making any purchases on our website, you agree to our return and refund policy.

Arbitcloud products' Busine and Govern users are adults by nature of the product.

Arbitcloud products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

The liquidation options available for discontinued Arbitcloud Tokens:

Promotion Tokens

Promotional tokens issued free of charge are converted into credit notes. These credit notes can be used to offset invoices, but cannot be cashed out. 

Transaction Tokens

Transaction tokens purchased with real money can be cashed out or used to offset invoices. To request encashment, please submit a support request with Token ID.

The credit note offset is automatic and does not require any support request.

The courts governing this return & refund policy are based on client location: Beijing, China; Bengaluru, India; Frankfurt, Germany; London, United Kingdom; New York City, United States of America; and Paris, France. By agreeing to this policy, you accept their authority and waive any objections.

You can view our latest Return and Refund Policy here. We allow 14 days between the publishing and effective dates. Continued use of our website after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the changes.
