FAQs and instructions.

To create an account on our website, please follow these steps:


1. Select the "Create Account" option on the sign-in page.

2. Fill in the required information and click "Create Account."

3. Check your email for an activation link. Click on the link, choose a strong password, and click "Set Password".


Once your account is set up, you can easily manage appointments and access private pages on our website.


Our application is available on our website for personal computers and mobile devices.


For Personal Computers:

To install the app on a PC, open our website using Chrome or Internet Explorer. Look for the option to install the app on the right side of the address bar. Click that option, then select "Install. The Arbitcloud Application will now be installed on your PC.


For Android Mobile Phones or Tablets:

To install the app on your Android device, open our website using Chrome. An option to install the app will appear at the top of the mobile screen. If you don't see this option, click on the ellipsis and select "Add to Home Screen." Then, click "Install," and the Arbitcloud application will be installed on your Android phone or tablet.


For iPhone or iPad:

To install the app on an iPhone or iPad, open our website using Chrome or Safari. Locate the share option at the bottom of the screen, click on it, and then select "Add to Home Screen. The Arbitcloud Application will now be installed on your iPhone or iPad.


You can translate our website into the language of your choice by following these steps:


For Personal Computers:

1. Open our website using Chrome or Internet Explorer.

2. Click on the ellipsis.

3. Select "Translate" and choose your desired language or add more.


For Android Mobile Phones or Tablets:

1. Open our website using Chrome.

2. Click on the ellipsis.

3. Select "Translate" and choose your desired language or add more. 


For iPhone or iPad:

1. Open our website using Safari.

2. Click on the options to the left of the address bar.

3. Select "Translate to [language]" or add a language.

Now you can easily navigate our website in your preferred language!


1. Click on "Reset Password" on the Sign-in screen. 

2. Enter your registered email address and click "Send reset link." 

3. Open the link from the email you received and choose a new password.

4. Save password on your device for hassle-free access.


Please use "Smart Invert" on IOS and Theme on Android devices to view our website or application using the dark theme.
